My group is having problems with spending advantage points.
we have taken experience and APs out of being rewards and made noble action for clan and person far more important we have done this by giving 12 experience and 1 Advantage a real year.
The question is Can you Spend Advantage points on Attributes like PSYC during the game play and not just at the character creation.

The rules allow advantage points earned during play to be spent on anything the GM approves. So *probably* if you've got a PC who's missing an eye, the GM wouldn't allow them to buy that disadvantage off with advantage points. I personally have no problem with characters improving their attributes (including PSYC), but if you do, then don't allow it.
