First let me say I love Bethorm! My group and I are getting a lot of miles (tsan?) out of it!

Had a weird one come up on us. Generated a Ball of Immediate Eventuation type Blue in the Odds and Ends treasure list in section 17.4 page 224. It says see page 191 for more information on the device. So I go to 192 where it describes the Mihalli's silver BOIE. It mentions that they come in various strengths and list them but says nothing about how to scale them up or down. Is this in the rules and I am just missing it or is it meant to be "eyeballed"? Luckily, my players have not had a chance to probe or test their find yet but I want to be ready for when they do!

You can see the difference between the various Balls of Immediate Eventuation in the stats for the different types of Mihalli. Mihalli Civilians carry Purple, while their Generic Spellcasters carry Gold and their Temple Spellcasters carry Blue. Besides their color, their distinguishing features is the amount of energy damage caused by their Energy Bolts.

Cool. I didn't know if they picked up (or lost in the case of the purple) any other powers or if the other existing ones increased in strength.
