P 97, Phatasms II, III, and IV

The Defenses lines in those three stat blocks are indented. Is this intentional?

Cost: 18; NRG: 12; aimed; attack; 15”range; 1”area; resist; duration: 3 minutes
This spell slows the target(s) perception of time for 3 minutes.

I suggest, "This spell slows the perception of time for the target(s) for 3 minutes."

As currently written, I want to add an "'s" to the end of "target(s)", but that gets very clumsy. My rewording makes my brain stop wanting to work the the possessive form of that phrase out.

A visible, hissing blast of energy, scarlet in the case of Karakán, and orange - red when cast by a mage devoted to Vimúhla.

I suggest, "This produces a visible, hissing blast of energy. It is scarlet..."

Phobia: Fire. Make a WILL check, unmodified only for campfire - sized blazes.

Are they modified for blazes that are smaller or larger than campfire-sized blazes? As written, it seems incomplete. I may have just not yet read the correct explanatory bit of the rules.
